I appreciated being able to test out of some sections that I did not need training on. It saved quite a bit of time. The in person training couldn't have gone any smoother. There were only 2 of us. The training center did not cancel the class due to only 2 student. I appreciated that very much! Used state of the art mannequins for training that gave lighted visual feedback. Very helpful. Facility was comfortable. There was ample parking. Nice touch of giving complimentary snacks. Good restroom facilities. Fatima was a wonderful and patient instructor. Highly recommend THIS particular training center.

The training center was easy to find with the instructions provided in the confirmation email, was very organized and comfortable; they even have complimentary coffee, water and snacks. I had Mohsen as my instructor who is very kind and delivered an exceptional teaching with the aide of instructional video, AED and manequins. I also have to mention Fatima who was promptly responsive of my clarifications through email, she even sent a text reminder. As a health care provider, I have been taking CPR classes for many years and this has been the most friendly and welcoming training center I have encountered. It felt like I was a visitor into their home. I highly recommend them for your American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS/CPR training needs.
